Good recommendation. As for exiting, I'm not getting any pop-ups, but I'm using Firefox and a Zone Alarm firewall.
By the way, where's your Poison video? It should be on this list! Sean shared it with me a while back. I don't know if you were just doing it for fun or what, but I thought it was pretty cool.
