| Bio | Your trusty dork who created this site. "Dantien" is a anglicization (or something like that) of a Chinese word referring to the center of "Chi". It exists three finger widths below the navel and about one-third of the way into the body. Its that place where you get a hunch..."feel it in your gut". This, according to Chinese Philosophy, is the place where your energy comes from. About me, well, I work for a bank as a VP in charge of search engine marketing and optimization. I teach T'ai Chi classes, I play percussion and keyboards in a Led Zepplin cover band and keyboards in another original music group, I am studying Philosophy and Ethics in grad school, and I'm married to a beautiful Japanese woman (visit www.ameflag.com). |
